I grew up on a farm in the Eastern Townships of Quebec about 75 miles east of Montreal. After two years with my own small business of television repairs in a small town, wanderlust struck. I went to HMCS Donnacona and joined the RCN as an Ordinary Seaman Electrician’s Mate at the age of 20. Here are the next 30 years in 25 photos.
